How do I purchase artwork from Gozo Mosaic?

Please click on the screen of the artwork you would like to purchase. Follow the simple instructions on the pages that follow. We ensure that buying online is both easy and secure.

Can I order from anywhere in the world?

Yes, you can order from all over the world. Please click here to see list of countries. If you wish to ask further questions, please e-mail us by either filling in the form in the contact us page or by sending us an email on info&gozomosaic.com.

How can I make payment for my purchase?

In order to ensure serenity to our clients, we accept the major credit cards – MasterCard, Visa, and American Express through PayPal. This gives you the ability to use your favorite card whilst maintaining a secure payment.

When is my credit card charged?

We charge your credit card only after your final confirmation of your purchase, which includes the total cost of the artwork, including shipping and handling costs, insurance and VAT (if any). Only then we will charge your credit card and proceed with the shipping of your artwork.

 

Delivery and Refunds

Is any of the artwork framed?

Yes. Artwork is always framed. The frame also acts as a protection to the artwork.

Who pays for shipping?

Packaging costs are covered by Gozo Mosaic. Free shipping is provided to EU member countries. Details on shipping cost to other destinations are provided here.

Who pays for taxes/customs duties?

Since taxes vary according to country, all taxes (except VAT for EU countries) are to be paid by the buyer.

How soon will my order be shipped?

After receiving your order, the artwork will be collected by the packer and shipped within 24 hours. As soon as the tracing number is available it will be e-mailed to you.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please note that delivery times may vary from 2 to 8 days depending on destination. Each shipment will have a tracking number which will be sent to the buyer.

What happens if I am not home at the time of the delivery?

You will be contacted on the phone by the courier.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once you have the tracking number, you can track your order through here.

How can I be sure the artwork I bought arrives safely?

All work is carefully packed in a wooden crate by an experienced company. It is also insured.

What if I buy a mosaic work and it is not delivered?

In case of failure to deliver the product, you are entitled for a refund. Before a refund is issued, tracking of the product will be investigated.

How can I be sure that the artwork I receive is as that shown on your website?

At Gozo Mosaic we offer high quality artwork. The photos on the website are taken by a professional photographer and one is presented with a very good resolution of the image. Note that colours might differ due to monitors having different image quality.

Can I reproduce the artwork I purchase from Gozo Mosaic?

No. Reproduction of mosaic works purchased from Gozo Mosaic falls under the same trademark and copyright laws as art purchased through any gallery. The right to reproduce a piece of art would have to be negotiated.

Are my particulars safe?

Yes! All the information we ask for when you place your order is essential for us to process your order and keep you up to date on the latest offers available from GozoMosaic.Com. We do not sell, rent or otherwise pass on any of your details to third parties.
